• All orders are processed and shipped within the day of ordering. 
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver nationwide within the Philippines through our trusted courier partners.
• International shipping may be arranged upon request, subject to additional fees and regulatory requirements.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Location & Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Manila - 2-4 business days
• Luzon(Outside Metro Manila) - 3-6 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao - 5-10 business days
• International - 10-20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping may apply to orders above a specified minimum purchase (as announced in promotion)
• Orders below the minimum amount will be charged a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their delivery status online through our courier’s tracking system.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

• If you receive a damaged package,  please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
• For lost or missing shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
• Tadeso is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, courier mishandling, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate.  Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or additional fees for re-shipment.
