Within the first 14 days of your purchase, you may return the item without question.  Any return made under our 14-day money-guaranteed program will be refunded in full to the customer as long as the bottles are sent back together with the box, sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you have received them.

Return Eligibility

To be qualified for a return, your item must be in the same good condition as you have received it. The container should be intact, sealed, and unbroken.  In order to process your return immediately, we require that you provide your proof of purchase as well. If you purchased the item at a discounted price, you will be refunded accordingly. Once approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days.

Our customer care personnel will review your request, and make a report to process the request to see if you are eligible for the return and refund, or replacement.  We will notify you once the request has been approved and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Items that are returned should be properly packed to prevent damage. Suitable materials should be used to protect the items.   If the processing took more than 14 days, please make a follow up at info@woundhealingexpert.com 

Receiving Order

Kindly inspect the item upon arrival.  If the seal is broken, the item is defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us immediately.  Send a video of your unboxing &  pictures of the item. Do not use the product that has been tampered with.
